This product can be used by refineries as an aiding agent for dehydrating and desalting in the
electric desalting system of the crude oil. It carries the characteristic of low dehydrating temperature,
quick dehydrating speed, low water content in the dehydrated oil, high desalting ratio and clear
dehydrated water.
【Recommended Dosage】
Subject to the specification of oil, normal injection is around 20ppm.

【Recommended Dosage】
The system inventory is 0.1-5% of which of the FCC equilibrium catalyst. Its recruitment is
1-3% of the additional amount of FCC catalyst per day after normal combustion.

【Application】
The surface activity, acidity and rare-earth metal act together and improve respectively the
viscosity of the feed stock, the acidity of B-acid and L-acid of the primary catalyst and the hydrogen
transfer reaction, and hence effectively improve the atomization and vaporization effect of feed
stock, the activity and selectivity of primary catalyst and contribute to the catalytic cracking
reaction, increase the yield of LPG, gasoline and diesel ( the proportion of these three products
depends on the characteristics of the feed stock oil, the property of the catalyst, the feature of the
process, operating condition and production plan), with a increase of toal liquid yield of above
1.5%(m), at the same time, slow down the deactivation speed of the catalyst caused by poisonous
substances such as alkaline nitrogen compound and heavy metals. By keeping the activity of the
catalyst at a high level, remarkable economic benefits is achieved. The additive can be used for
RFCC, MGD, ARGG and DCC plants.

Antioxidant 1010 finds application in plastics, rubber, latex, varnishes, adhesives, TPR's and
Hot Melts. In plastics, ntioxidant 1010 provides excellent antioxidant performance in

【Recommende Dosage】
Typical dosage is 0.02% - 0.50% by weight. The loading data and results are based on
laboratory work (and field testing) under controlled conditions and do not necessarily indicate
the result that the buyer or user will attain. For this reason we strongly recommend testing of
your own system under the actual conditions of processing and end-use prior to full scale testing.
The recommended loading concentrations in polyolefins range between 0.05% and 0.5%
depending on substrate, processing conditions, and long-term stability requirements.
Concentration levels of Antioxidant1010 in hot melt adhesives range from 0.2% to 1%, and in
synthetic tackifier resins, Antioxidant 1010 concentrations range between 0.1% and 0.5%. Exact
loading must be determined by compositions of the specific polymer system.

1.The liquid product can be dosed directly or dosed after dilution. As for the solid product,
dilution is necessary before being dosed. Normally, dilution proportion for the solid product is

It can be used to prepare high pressure ashless AW hydraulic oil of high grade with its
addition amount of 0.6% to 0.8% (anti-foam agent be added additionally). It can be added into
paraffin grade high viscosity neutral oil (HVIS and HVIW) to prepare products of N32, N46, N68

Properties and purpose: as the product does not contain Zinc and other metals and has

pump and 14.0 to 17.5Mpa pressure at the vane pump; it is an ideal motor transmission medium,
extensively applied in metallurgy, plastic, mine and heavy duty engineering mechanical equipment

machine and the pressing machine. It can also extend its service life by reducing the mechanical

【Application】
I. Paraffin Remover
1. Oil-base paraffin remover: A mixture of compositional formulation by various organic solvents,
mutual solvents and oil soluble surfactants. One of the widely used paraffin removers because of its good
capability of dissolving paraffin and paraffin removing effect.
2. Water-base paraffin remover: water-base paraffin remover uses water as the dispersing media, mixed
with surfactant, mutual solvents or alkaline materials. It changes the surface of the pipelines into a
hydrophilic surface by moisturing which helps the paraffin wax to fall off and inhibit the re-deposition. As
compared to oil-base paraffin removers, water-base paraffin removers represent the present direction of
development since it is more safe and cause less polution to the environment, although a little less effective
in paraffin removal.
3. Emulsion type paraffin remover: The product is an oil-water emulsion formed by emulsifying organic
solvents and water with the existance of surfactants. It combines the characteristics of oil-base and
water-base paraffin removers. First, select a non-ionic surfactant as a emulsifier to emusify the oil-base
paraffin remover; then, break the emulsion before the paraffin remover reaches paraffin precipitation section
of the oil well and release two types of paraffin removers to work together. This remover keeps the high
effectiveness of oil-base remover and the safety of water-base remover, at the same time overcomes the
flamability of oil-base paraffin remover and low efficiency of water-base remover, is a commonly used type.
II.Paraffin Inhibitors
1. Oil soluble surfactant paraffin inhibitor: a compositional formulation of organic solvents and a
variety of surfactants. It functions by changing the property of paraffin crystal surface. The surfactants are
adsorbed at the paraffin crystal surface and impart polarity to it, thus preventing the further precipitation of
paraffin molecules.
2. Water soluble surfactant paraffin inhibitor: a compostional formulation of formaldehyde and a variety
of surfactants. By means of adsorption and eutectic crystalization to paraffin hydrocarbons, it inhibit the
growth of the paraffin crystal nucleus; at the same time, it prevents the deposition of paraffin crystals on
the surface of pipelines and pumping rods by moisturing the surfaces.
3. Polymeric paraffin inhibitor: Formed by dissolving the oil soluble resins in oil solvents. It has carbon
chain segments similar to that of paraffin. At low concentration, it can form a network throughout the crude
oil. Paraffin hydrocarbons are adsorbed onto its network and form eutectic crystalization, separated from
each other and unable to glomerate and grow bigger.
