Chapter Advisory Board: ACR Advisor
The CAB ACR Advisor is tasked with the responsibility to assist the Chapter Advisor by providing
guidance and assistance to a chapter on Annual Chapter Report related matters; to help ensure the
chapter is accomplishing its ACR goals and meeting or exceeding minimum standards.

TERM LENGTH: One Fiscal Year, unlimited reappointments
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Assist chapter to improve its ACR performance by a percentage goal agreed upon by the
Regional Director, Section Director, Chapter Advisor, Chapter ACR Advisor and the chapter, with
an eventual goal of achieving 100,000 points.
2. Review chapter ACR on a monthly basis and provide feedback to the chapter for improvement
and meeting chapter goals.
3. At the end of the school year, review ACR with the chapter for accuracy prior to submitting to
Section Director and Regional Director.
4. Encourage chapter to reward success.
5. Ensure proper transition from outgoing officer to incoming officer.
6. Follow all rules and regulations of the Fraternity
QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
1. Time commitment of approximately five hours at the start of each academic term – flexible with
chapter calendar.
2. Experience using the ACR as a collegiate, preferably from a chapter with strong ACR
performance.
3. Ability to review ACR files with great attention to detail.
4. Ability to think strategically and assist Chapter in planning to meet ACR goals.
5. Alumnus status of at least one year, preferably longer.
6. Working knowledge of Alpha Kappa Psi operations.
7. Strong organization skills.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Prior Fraternity or volunteer experience (e.g. chapter officer, chapter advisor, etc.).
10. Possess a passion for Alpha Kappa Psi Vision and Core Values.
EXPECTATIONS
1. Donate to AKPsi Foundation each fiscal year
2. Take the Certified Fraternity Volunteer (CFV) exam within one year of appointment.
3. Annual Performance review with Chapter Advisor
