1 Sequence of the Show:
(1) The host introduces the interviewee and interviewers.
(2) The self-introduction of the interviewee, including the education,
experience, ideal job and so on, and interviewers decide whether to
turn off the lights at the first time.
(3) Interviewers ask questions and the interviewee answers. According to
the general performance and the talents demand of company,
interviewers decide whether to turn off the lights at the second time.
(4) Interviewers who accept the interviewee introduce the job
information they have provided to the interviewee, including the
work place, the salary, and so on. And at this part, the Interviewers
will try many ways to attract the Interviewee.
(5) Interviewee chooses the ideal job.
2 The first interviewee
(1)Gist:This part is based on a job-seeking program called “ONLY YOU”
designed by Tianjin TV, in which job seekers are required to reveal their
abilities and talents in front of the whole country and try to win
acceptance of the bosses.as the interviewee is a senior engineer, we talk
about how to combine management and technology, the marketing
content, the business administration, the attitude about education
background in applying and so on.
(2)Introduction characters:
Interviewee: Wang Yihan, a senior engineer in the China Aerospace
Science and Technology Corporation who wants to change for a job in
management and marketing.
Hostess: Li Xiayuan, the bridge role between the interviewee and
interviewers.
Interviewer 1: Fan Shigen, the CEO of Tata Starbucks Ltd, China.
Interviewer 2: Huang Wenlong, the CEO of Alibaba Group.
(3)Plot Summary:The first interview is come up with in the following
situation. An engineer tends to find a job in marketing management
instead of his present major, aerospace science and technology engineer.
He believes that a bright future is somewhere on his way to applying his
technology into management knowledge.
Graduated from Tsinghua University, mechanics doctor Wang Yihan
plays the role of the engineer in The China Academy of Launch Vehicle
Technology. Bravely enough, he decides to give up on his previous job in
space technology in his 30s and set up to pursue his dream, that is, to
find the perfect combination of technology and business. Eventually, he,
with his excellent professional qualities, calm and sincere personality and
perseverance of dream, impressed a boss and realized his goal.
The part of a boss is taken by Huang Wenlong. Being the CEO of
ALIBABA, he points out directly that the doctor's degree is honor of the
past but not the present, let alone the future. Huang means that
achievement in orders is the most important measurement of one's
ability in the company. Impressed by Wang’s genuineness, Huang offers
him a promising position in the company.
The other boss is acted by Fan Shigen, and he's the CEO of Tata
Starbucks Ltd, China. He values the ability of planning for the company's
future development a lot. He then failed Wang Yihan for not having a
clear plan for his future. He also pointed out that Wang have a vague
understand of his ideal job and is not reliable enough.
3 The second interviewee
(1)Gist: The topic is talking about a fresh graduate whose major is
accounting and wants to find a job in financial management, so the
business management knowledge such as accounting and financial
management knowledge, enterprise value, public relations work,
promotion channel, development planning in work and so on are
included.
(2)Introduction characters:
Interviewee: Li Xiayuan, a fresh graduate whose major is accounting and
wants a job of financial management.
Host: Wang Yihan, the bridge role between the interviewee and
interviewers.
Interviewer 1: Fan Shigen, the CEO of Tata Starbucks Ltd, China.
Interviewer 2: Huang Wenlong, the CEO of Alibaba Group.
(3)Plot Summary:The second interview is come up with in the following
situation. A fresh woman graduate whose major is accounting comes up
to the program and wants to find a job in financial management. She has
clinging spirit in financial management, and touches all the interviewers
and they scramble for the outstanding girl to their companies by
providing higher salary, good position and other ways. The interviewee is
acted by Li Xiayuan.
In the interview, the interviewers have suggested Li Xiayuan to try
jobs in public relations or marketing, but Li insists in financial
management, and her clinging spirit impress the interviewers.
The part of a boss is taken by Huang Wenlong, the other boss is
acted by Fan Shigen, they both want to employ Li Xiayuan to their
companies and try many ways to attract her.
