1. Approve Minutes of October 8, 2009: Motion made and seconded to
approve the minutes as written. No discussion, all in favor, motion
carried.

New Business
a. FSC invoice to SGS
-Greg B. contacted SGS and MCSFC will be billed for FSC portion of
August 2008 audit, bill will be coming (approx. 4K per coop member).
b. Next Surveillance audit – May 2010
-SGS received payment for the August 2009 SFI surveillance
audit. We will be audited to new 2010-2014 SFI standard in May 2010.
Prior to next audit, Ron will ask for paperwork from all Coop members to
demonstrate compliance with all SFI and FSC standards.
Construct cross-walk between Coop procedures and FSC/SFI standards as
an internal audit for the Coop. Assignment for next meeting: SFI 2010-
2014 draft standard Review Assignments: Crow Wing 1-3, Clearwater 46, Beltrami 7, 14-15, Carlton 16-18, Kooch 19-20. FSC assignments are
the principles that correspond to SFI standards.
b. Procedures review (Grossman) – Hummitzsch/Titus
- Coop will re-visit after conducting crosswalk.
d. Load ticket Labeling FSC and SFI – Hummitzsch
-Greg B. has a pending request for SFI/FSC label usage on trip tickets into
Ron H. What FSC/SFI labels can be used on timber sale booklet or website?
e. FSC/SFI roll-out party – Cox
-Bruce will call Bernadine @ Blandin regarding press release and possible
photo.
f. PPI database – Snyder/(Tweet)
Koochiching still needs to move to web-based PPI, working with ProWest.
g. Reminder on internal audit process
Create internal audit form that documents compliance with the standard.
This form content should flow out of our crosswalk work between
FSC/SFI standards and coop procedures
h. Clear up name change
