Any foreigners who are willing to operate logistics businesses or relevant activities in Thailand shall obtain licenses in accordance with Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999).
However, in the case where there are other laws regulating shareholding, foreigners’ partnership or investment, permission or prohibition for the foreigners in operating certain
businesses, those laws shall prevail.
