 PROJECT DIRECTOR “ Construction / Re-construction of Existing school
Buildings in FATA” (Japanese Aid/US Aid Project)
(From: April, 2010 till September 05, 2012 )

Description of Duties:
Monitoring of Projects executed by Works & Services Department and Assisted by
Japanese Government in FATA.
Collect primary data for baseline studies and validation of project output.
Conduct meeting with officials, record minutes and maintain follow up action with
concerned departments.
Prepare schedule, methodology and scope of field visit.
Verification of contractor’s bills & quality control.
Prepare inspection report for officer to be reported.
Perform other task assigned by the superior.
 Coordinator FR Lakki & FR Tank:
Worked with IDEA as “Coordinator FR Lakki & FR Tank” from January 2007 to April 30,
2009. The responsibilities are to coordinate the activities of IDEA in FR Lakki & FR Tank with
the main office Peshawar.
 Field Officer FR Lakki:
I worked with IDEA as “Field Officer FR Lakki” from January 2004 to December 2006. The
responsibilities were to assist the Coordinator in the activities of CSWD in FR Lakki.

 Training for Survey of Baseline school profile in FATA:
Participated in one day training for the survey of Baseline Schools Profile of Lower FATA as
Field Researcher for the areas of FR Lakki & FR Tank on behalf of IDEA (Partner) and EDLinks, funded by USAID.
 Workshop on Evaluation of Survey of Baseline school profile in FATA:
Participated in one-day workshop (November 06, 2008) on the evaluation of the survey of
Baseline Schools Profile of FATA on behalf of IDEA (Partner) and ED-Links, funded by
USAID.
