General Information Regarding Registration with ICAO REGISTER: Thank you for your interest in registering with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as a supplier. By registering with ICAO you ensure that your company is in the database that ICAO personnel use when searching for suppliers in relevant fields of activity. It is important that potential suppliers provide correct information and properly complete the registration steps indicated hereafter. Registration with ICAO is free of charge. 1. Please provide the following supporting documentation: For suppliers of equipment, technical documentation (catalogues or product brochures) describing all the equipment manufactured/supplied; For consulting firms, documentation describing all the services offered by the firm; Current and valid copy of certificate of incorporation/business certificate or national equivalent; Copy of latest ISO Certificate or equivalent. ACCESS BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: 2. Access on-line to all tender opportunities, for ICAO Technical Co-operation Projects and for ICAO Headquarter requirements, published by ICAO. SUBSCRIBE TO THE TENDER ALERT SERVICE: 3. ICAO offers suppliers an Automatic Tender Alert Service for an annual fee of US $300. Suppliers availing themselves of this service will receive automatic e-mail tender alerts, notifying them of tendering opportunities for equipment and/or service requirements for categories which they have registered as supplying. Should your company wish to subscribe to this service, kindly send us an e-mail message providing your company information, to the addresses, procurement@icao.int and aficko@icao.int and we will provide you with full payment/banking details. GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 4. Suppliers are responsible for updating their registration profile and for selecting the relevant ICAO category codes for their products and/or services. As automatic e-mail notification of procurement opportunities, for suppliers availing themselves of this service, will be based on these category codes, it is essential that the supplier selects the correct category code(s), which accurately reflects the types of goods and/or services provided. 5. The supplier must ensure that a (one) valid contact point is maintained in their registration profile, as all communications, including tender calls, will be sent to the indicated contact point and e-mail address. While a supplier can have multiple users in the ICAO Supplier Self Service Data Base, the system allows for only one central contact point. 6. When a supplier’s status changes from the time of registration, the supplier is required to submit the most current and valid copy of the document issued by their public authority that confirms said status without delay. 7. Prerequisites for Eligibility: In accordance with the policies of the United Nations, ICAO suppliers need to comply with the following minimum eligibility criteria: The company has the legal capacity to enter into a contract; The company does not have any outstanding or pending bankruptcy, judgment or legal action which could impair the company’s ability to continue operating as a going concern; The company adheres to the ethical principles in accordance with the provisions of the UN Supplier Code of Conduct: http://www.un.org/depts/ptd/pdf/conduct_english.pdf ; The company (as well as any parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies) is not listed in the UN Security Council Committee’s Consolidated List concerning terrorism or, if listed, this has been disclosed to ICAO in writing: http://www.un.org/sc/committees/1267/consolist.shtml ; The company (as well as any parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies) is not currently, and has not been in the last five years, under investigation or sanction by the United Nations, its field missions or any other United Nations organization (including the World Bank), or any government of a United Nations Member State or, if so, such information, including all related circumstances, has been fully disclosed to ICAO in writing; The company fully accepts ICAO’s Terms and Conditions.
