Mark Brennan – Service Manager
Mark has been with the company for fourteen years and has served in
many capacities from Foreman to estimator, and has been our service
manager for six years. Mark brings 30+ years of knowledge and
experience to our company and to each customer that he takes care of in
the service department. He handles all bidding, material orders,
scheduling his crews and billings for the service department. Email:

Josh Spaw – Purchasing Agent
Josh is a 2009 graduate from Texas Lutheran University with a Bachelor’s
of Science in Kinesiology, and has been with our company since 2007.
Josh handles all purchasing, shipping, and receiving for our firm. This
includes all commercial and industrial projects as well as all tools and
equipment. Josh handles all daily jobsite orders that are requested by our
field superintendents, and works close with our project managers to insure
the projects have the right material to complete the job on time and under
budget.

Alyssa Spaw – Human Resources Manager
Alyssa is a 2010 graduate from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Management. Alyssa worked as an office/HR
assistant for MES for 3 years before becoming HR Manager. She has held
the HR Manager position for 3 years now and is responsible for labor
allocation and payroll. Other responsibilities include monthly contractor
billings, overseeing company insurance and employee benefits as well as

Clint Mergele - Project Manager
Clint is a 2000 Texas A&M graduate with a Bachelors Degree in
Science. Clint came to MES in 2008 and filled an assistant project
manager position, and has since worked his way up to project manager.
Clint is currently handling many of our projects ranging from 100K to
1.9M. Clint handles all change orders, submittals, O&M closeouts and
works closely with the general contractors PM on day-to-day scheduling
of his projects.
Mike Riley - Estimator
Mike has over nineteen years experience in the electrical trade, Twelve
years with our firm and was one of our large project supervisors He also
served as a project manager for two years. He has been estimating for
our company for four years now. Mike is one of our top estimators and
bids a large range of projects on a day-to-day basis. Some of his projects
include schools, surgical centers, finish outs for existing construction and
other
various
commercial
and
industrial
sites.

Justin Weddle – Estimator
Justin graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011 with a
Bachelors Degree in City Planning. Throughout high school and college
he worked his summers with our company and started full-time as an
estimator upon his graduation. He has spent multiple years working in the
field learning the industry hands-on to become a well-rounded employee
for MES. Now estimating for us for over three years, he specializes in
design-build projects, as well as bidding most small to mid-range projects

Rusty Kroboth – Safety Director
Rusty has been with our company for three years. He is our companywide safety director, and enforces that our projects meet or exceed OSHA
safety regulations. Rusty does our safety investigations to insure proper
care was taken with injured employees and that all forms are filled out.
Rusty has the knowledge to talk to our field hands about potential hazards
that are specific to our trade. He has been and will continue to go to
classes to keep MES as updated as possible on current OSHA

Melissa Meeley – Office Administrator
Melissa, or Missy, has been working with our company for over a year
and a half as our office administrator. She brings to her position an
Associate’s Degree in Business and 30+ years of human resources,
administrative and supervisory experience from the retail, hotel and
manufacturing industries. Her responsibilities include office inventory,
directing phone calls, assisting with payroll, benefits, 401k, accounting
and other administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Sean Cavanaugh - Project Manager
Sean served in the United States Air Force for 10 years as Assistant NCOIC - Electronic
Computer/Switching Systems and Secure Communications Maintenance. He worked in
telecommunications maintenance for companies such as ACS Defense, WorldCom, and MCI for over
14 years before entering the electrical trade. Sean came to work for us as an apprentice in 2007 and
has worked his way from apprentice to master electrician. After several years as a project supervisor,
he was promoted to project management in yearly 2014. Sean is currently handling many of our
projects ranging from $100K to $1.9M. Sean handles all change orders, submittals, O&M closeouts and
works closely with the general contractor’s project manager and superintendant on day-to-day

Jacklyn or Jackie is the newest member to MES. Jackie assists the project managers with submittals,
