Course Description:
Advanced Modular Technology is a 12 week course that will take you on a
journey through a vast area of modern advances in technology. You will be
guided through 4 to 5 modules by observing videos and using computer
software to learn about concepts relating to aerospace, electronics,
robotics, CAD, electronic publishing, computer graphic design, controls and
sensors, electronic music, materials and processes, and radio broadcasting.
You will also be designing, building, and racing CO2 cars in this class.

Grading Policy: 8th grade Modular Technology is a project based class.
Grades are based upon project completion and quizzes.

Behavioral Expectations: Students treat others with respect, listen to
others, follow directions, and take responsibility for their actions. Students
take care of their computers and follow the guidelines of the St. Johns
Public Schools Acceptable Use Policy. Therefore the steps that will be
