Sealed Quotations are hereby invited from the Publishers / Distributors /
Stockists / Book sellers having valid up-to-date Tax Clearance Certificate for supply
of Library books for the diploma students of Government polytechnic, Kendrapara.
The interested firms may submit their quotation super-scribing in the envelop
“Quotation For Library Books” to the undersigned on or before 19.11.2014 by 2.00
PM through Speed Post / Registered Post or by hand and the same will be opened at
4.00 PM of the same day. The detailed list of Books & Terms and Condition can be
downloaded from the web site www.gpkendrapara.org. or from the Library of the
institution on any working day.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations
without assigning any reason thereof.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Firm should have past experience of supplying books to different Colleges/
Institutions.
2. The Firm shall submit the valid income tax document/Xerox copy of PAN.
3. F.O.R. destination at Government Polytechnic, Kendrapara.
4. Rate of discount for each items/publications should be mentioned separately against
each.
5. The Firm has to attach valid document of OST/CST/VAT Clearance Certificate.
6. No quotation shall be entertained after due date.
7. Quotations shall reach on or before 19th November, 2014 by 2 PM through Speed
Post/Registered Post or by hand and the same will be opened at 4 PM of the same
day.
8. Low cost edition books if any according to syllabus will be given preference.
9. Date of validity of rate and payment condition should be clearly mentioned in the
quotation.
10. Date of validity of rate and payment condition should be signed and stamped.
11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any / all quotations or any Part
without assigned any reason thereof.
