This session will be a discussion of what these terms mean and what you need to know as part of the low vision network. There will also be time devoted to a case review and how to read the medical eye reports. Objectives Understanding the eye medical report. Understanding why certain tools and aids are prescribed (telescope, CCTV, bioptics, sunglasses, lighting) Understanding the role of the educator and rehabilitation specialist in the low vision process.
