• Analyze, interpret, negotiate, acquire and prepare Participation Agreements, Operating Agreements, and
other land related documents; including but not limited to Farmout/Farmin Agreements, Letter
Agreements, Unitization Agreements, Oil and Gas Leases, Seismic Permits, Option to Lease Agreements,
Assignments, Surface and Pipeline Right-of-Way Agreements, AMI Agreements, and Damage Settlement

of shut-in and minimum payment obligations.
• Perform oil & gas lease research and reporting, rental division and division order preparation and
analysis, and corporate resolution.
• Identify new opportunities per company interest, including due diligence for acquisitions, audits for
lenders and purchasers, market analyses, and general acquisition management.

operation of assigned Company facilities.
