EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
I have more than 10 years experience mainly focused on corporate finance and business
development services, including market analysis, merger & acquisitions, investment
evaluation and deal negotiation. Companies joined includes KPMG Corporate Finance,
providing advisory support and valuations, as well as with major Singapore corporations,
developing and implementing corporate strategies in logistics (express) and
telecommunication industry. I am currently with a US Fortune 50 company focus on merger
and acquisition in Asia.
Apart from proactively involved in improving customer services and deliverables, my
experiences provide the opportunities for me to demonstrate strong P&L leadership and
manpower management, sound financial and management reporting knowledge with good
understanding of accounting and ability to build bridges from profit & loss to cash-flow. High
level of analytical skills with ability to understand business context and deliver relevant depth
