In my role, I manage a 20 member QHSE team to implement and maintain Quality, Health, Safety &
Environment Management Systems and am responsible for their regular coaching & performance
review. I was the Lead Trainer for QHS&E trainings at P&G and Contract Manufacturing Sites. I was
responsible for the Implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Statistical Process
Control, 5S practices on the operations floor and across all key Vendors / Suppliers. Other
responsibilities include external/regional QA and HS&E audits, delivering products at ≤ 500 ppm
defect level, acting as Site Leader for R&D initiatives as well as material supplier development and
Site Owner for SAP Quality Module, Proficy QM and E CoA.
