Welcome to the Talcott Mountain Agility Club Agility Trial!
This trial is dedicated to the memory of Sandi Thomson (mother of Allison Thomson Vicuna). Sandi always had a
smile and time for a friendly conversation. She was a hard working member of TMAC and we will miss her.
TMAC is proud to hold its 12th Anniversary Fall Agility Trial. The club and I would like to say thank you for being a part of this trial. Please

Confirmation Information Please verify all information emailed separately. If there are any discrepancies, please contact me as soon as
possible so I can correct the situation.

Jump Height Cards This trial will have an official measurer. Therefore, all dogs without an AKC Jump Height Card will need to be
measured prior to judging. Measuring will begin 30 minutes prior to the start of each class. This includes 24” dogs.

Food -Food will be available for purchase in the brick building across from the soccer center.

Crating Absolutely no chairs will be allowed to be set up in the front crating area. They may be used in the back crating area only. Crating
is limited. Ex-pens must be for three or more dogs.

Set Up The grounds will be available for set up on Friday after 4pm.

SITE INFORMATION Star Hill is an athletic facility that includes a main building with a pool and exercise areas and a cafe, and a large
pressurized dome with soccer fields. Please enter the dome where designated through either the revolving doors or the pressure lock
entrance. There will be an area in front of the dome for loading and unloading only, after which all vehicles must be driven back to the
parking lot. No vehicles may be parked between buildings. For more information about Star Hill, go to their website
at http://www.starhillsports.com/. Please relieve your dogs in the designated areas. Do NOT relieve your dogs in
the landscaped areas around the main building.

RV Parking RV parking is limited to 12 spaces by reservations only. Contact Monica Land Stathers at landslydeshelties@gmail.com
Your Armband will be available at the table with the courses. It is not included in this confirmation letter. Per the AKC all competitors
must wear an Armband when competing.

VOLUNTEERS Volunteers can sign up online! Go to my website and click on the tab ONLINE VOLUNTEERS and then on the link for
TMAC! It’s quick and easy and you can sign up for your favorite job! Worker tickets can only be used for food or with the trial vendors.

RIBBON RECYCLING There will be a box recycling unwanted ribbons at the trial. See www.ribbonrecycling.com

B MATCHES- There will be two B matches on Saturday AFTERNOON. Excellent Standard Match in one
ring and Open/Novice in the other. On site signups will be taken until 12 PM
