ERMP Press Release Date: 07/20/11 TO: Business Editor Anthony Dowling, Executive Director for Eno River Media Production, headquartered in Durham, NC, announced Wednesday morning the new members of the Board of Advisors for Eno River Media Production. New ERMP Board of Advisors Angelina Hardy Member of Board of Advisors A former Marine, Angelina discovered New Bern Civic Theatre in 2006 performing in Neil Simon’s Rumors. Exhilarated by the experience, she grasped every chance to learn as much about theatre from set painting to directing, gaining a wealth of knowledge as well as a position on the New Bern Civic Theatre staff as Administrative Assistant in 2007. In addition to administrative responsibilities, she began to explore other opportunities including fundraising, sponsorship, advertising, and public speaking to raise funds as well as awareness for the Theatre and all it has to offer to the community. Angelina accepted the Executive Director’s position with the New Bern Civic Theatre in 2008. Angelina joined ERMP as a Board of Advisor in late May, 2009. Dave Hinton Member of Board of Advisors Dave was born on May 12, 1938, in Gibsonville, NC. He is a graduate from NC State University in 1965 with a Bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering. He currently resides in Raleigh. Dave was in the U.S. Navy from 1960-1972. He then joined the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 19721995, and retired as director, Quality Assurance and Technical Support Division. Dave is an employment consultant with N.C. Employment Security Security Commission from 1997-2004. Dave is also the founder and director of the Purple Elephant Computer Factory for Kids in 2003. He is very proud of two patents received working with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. In retirement, Dave strives for to help society through nonprofit foundation efforts. His passion for visual media is only surpassed by his yearning to create the best environment for learning in the organizations he represents. Dave joined ERMP as a Board of Advisor in late May, 2011. Robert Morrow Member of Board of Advisors Robert created brand voice, promise, messaging, tagline, and graphic standards incorporated in monthly magazine, website, collateral, broadcast, and print advertising for St. Josephs/Candler Health System. He received two silver Triangle Addy awards (broadcast). Created a strong brand identity and increased sales by 42% for United Phosphorus Inc. Recognized with the National "Best of NAMA" Award. Robert was challenged to increase sales for Audi of America. Efforts were awarded by American Graphic Design, Ad Club of New York and for Magazine Design and Production. Robert developed highly successful campaign featuring a memorable homonym - “coyote” for KIOTI Tractor. His efforts were recognized by the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA). Robert created memorable identity for PBS Series, Creativity with Bill Moyers, sponsored by Chevron. Logo design was applied in 3D as opening title animation and multi dimensional stage. Robert directed branding systems for Fortune 50 companies including American Stock Exchange, and NTT, as well as for additional high profile clients including Panera Bread, the John Rex Foundation, Volkswagen, SAAB, Subaru TDK, Weight Watchers, Matsushita (Panasonic, JVC, and Hitachi), Advil, Stress Tabs, Robitussin, Towle, Leonard Silversmith, Tuscany, Brach’s Candy, Totes, and Tensor.
