Event Contract
The minimum cost for:
Enchanted Princess Party:
$350.
Recommended ages 4 – 10 Party package for eight guest including birthday girl.
Between 1 hour – 1 ½ hours to set up, 2 hour party, 1 hour clean up.
Garden Tea Party:
$350.
Recommended ages 4 – 10 Party package for eight guest including birthday girl.

Booking a Party: We recommend you book 4 to 6 weeks in advance (6 – 8 in the Winter). Reservations will be held for 4 days
while waiting for party deposit. To fully secure a date, we require a deposit of $100. (Cash, check or money order)

The balance must be paid in full prior to the day of the party (cash, check or money order) There is a $35. fee for any check
that is returned or has non-sufficient funds (NSF).
Travel Fee: Party packages include roundtrip travel within a 30-mile radius from Acra, NY.
A travel fee of $1.00 per mile is
charged for travel beyond this 30-mile zone. This charge is necessary to cover the extra gas, time and toll charges. (Mileage is
determined via Map Quest (www.mapquest.com)
Example Mileage calculation: Acra, to Colonie is 50.19 miles. 20 miles one way extra x 2 = 40 miles round trip x $1. Per mile =
$40. travel fee.
Tax & Gratuities: Local Sales Tax will be charged to your total balance due. Gratuities are not included in the package
pricing, and are always greatly appreciated. 20% gratuity is added on for large parties of 12 children.
Attendance: Party packages include the birthday girl and seven (7) guests for a total of 8 children. You will be charged $15.
for each additional child over 8. There is a maximum of 12 children per party.
Invitations: Available for parties booked at least 3 weeks in advance.

Eight (8) personalized theme-oriented invitations are included. (Designed by Bliss Enterprises Ltd. or by one of our favorite
vendors) We will hand address, stuff, stamp, and seal and send your invitations to each of the 8 guests. If you require additional
invitations over 8, there is a $1.50 per invitation charge. We’ll design and email a copy of the invitations to you for approval prior
to sending them out.
Once you have approved the invitation, you will be required to email the guest list to us at
pambianc@aol.com. Please specify complete name, mailing address, age and gender of each invited guest.
Thank you Cards: Bliss Enterprise Ltd. will provide a coordinating set of blank “Thank you” note cards at the end your
event. Bliss Enterprise Ltd. will not be responsible for mailing each thank you card to your guest.
Final Count and RSVP Policy: You will need to provide a final count seven (7) days prior to the party. This will be the
number used to plan appropriate quantities of costumes, accessories, crafts, and favors. This final count includes the birthday
child. If a guest is included in the final count and does not attend, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund. Parents are
welcome to stay, help and enjoy the party; however, they should not be included in the final count. In addition, we will not be able
to accommodate unexpected guests/siblings. They will need to be supervised either by you or the child’s parent.
Cancellations and Refunds: Bliss Enterprises Ltd. will refund your deposit, minus a 25% cancellation fee provided you cancel
your reservation at least three weeks prior to the scheduled party date. If you have to cancel your scheduled party for any
reason within two weeks of the party date, your $100 deposit is non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule, we will be more
than happy to work with you to determine an alternative party date, based upon availability. If you need to re-send invitations,
there will be an additional charge for invitations & postage.
Arrival and Departure: Bliss Enterprises Ltd. will provide a Hostess at your location for a total of 4 – 4.5 hours. This
includes approximately 1 hour – 1 ½ hours to set up, 2 hour party, 1 hour clean up.
Guest should arrive promptly at the time specified on the invitation. Extended-time can be accommodated for an additional
cost of $50 per half hour if arrangements are made in advance. We appreciate your consideration and understanding.
Liability for Damages: Your Bliss Enterprises Ltd. party hostess will treat your home with the utmost respect, and provide
professional service. Bliss Enterprises Ltd. assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused by party
guests. We appreciate your assurance to insure that our assets are treated gently, carefully and with respect in return. As the
client, you will be held financially liable for
any damages incurred to Bliss Enterprises Ltd. assets while we are on-site at your party location as a result of maltreatment
other than normal wear and tear.
Allergies and Special Diet: It is very important for you to inquire whether any of your party guests have a food allergy (peanut,
wheat, dairy, just to name a few). If any of your party guest have food allergies, Bliss Enterprises Ltd. will do it’s best to be
accommodating. Please notify us no later than 5 business days prior to the party if special arrangements are necessary. If a
guest has severe food allergies, we recommend that you or the child’s parent provide an alternate treat for the child. Bliss
Enterprises Ltd. is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of
costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and /or after the party. Bliss Enterprises Ltd. will not have or be

responsible for maintaining any allergy medication.

In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the
aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.
Short Notice Bookings:
Our event dates fill fast! To secure your event date kindly give us a 4 – 6 week notice. An event reserved with less than 10 days
notice will incur a service charge of $95 plus any additional cost to cover the cost of rush shipping of necessary event items. The
full balance of the event is due in full at the time of booking* for all short notice events. (*Within 24hours)
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if a guest arrives late?
Our parties are based on a schedule; they work best when all guests arrive on time. The guests who arrive late may join the
party at whatever point the party has progressed to. Coordinator will be overseeing the itinerary, so client will be responsible
for accommodating seating and dress-up for the newly arrived guests.
Can parents of the guest stay for the party?
Our parties involve dress-up, photo taking, crafts, and lots of movement. If there is ample room without interference we welcome
an audience.
Who takes care of a guest if they become ill, are a behavioral problem, or do not want to participate?
Guests who do not wish to participate will need to be attended to by you. We are not responsible for the behavior of the
guests. Bliss Enterprises Ltd. party hostesses/consultants are responsible for controlling the flow of your event and
engaging your guests in constant activity. Good behavior is always promoted, but it is your responsibility to monitor and take
charge if a child is not behaving, becomes ill, or does not wish to participate.
Can boys attend the party?
We welcome boys at our parties. Just advise us of the number of male attendants so we are able to accommodate all in
attendance.
Can siblings of the guest stay?
All guests under four years of age must be supervised. We provide many accessories that contain small parts and they may not
be appropriate for very small guests. Please remember that our party packages cover only the guest of honor and her reserved
guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guest or siblings of guests, as we prepare our parties
based on the final head count given to us prior to the party. Siblings, who are not guests of the event, will not be permitted to
use any equipment.
Food and Beverages:
All food provided by you must be served by your catering staff or whomever you choose to designate. Our party hostess may
offer assistance if possible, but are not responsible for serving.

If a child does not show up, do I still pay for that child?
Please remember, you will be charged for the final guest list / head count provided 7 days prior to the party. Payment of the final
count is also due 7 days prior to the party.

Where is the party held?
Parties are hosted in your home or the venue of your choice.
Client Obligations:
o Provide a safe and clean area with enough space for dress-up and all other activities.
o Remain with/near the party at all times.
o Provide a gathering place for parents of the guests who wish to stay.
o Provide a smoke-free environment.
o Provide table and chairs for your party guest (Rentals Are Available).
o Oversee all details of the event not specified in the itinerary: I.e. Cake cutting, opening gifts, additional music, food
service and removal (except tea items).
****Note: As we all know, life is not perfect and events many times carry surprises and unexpected circumstances. We attempt
to follow every detail of our party itinerary, but it is subject to change based on the spirit of the party, participation, site size
(space available for games/crafts/party), and any other deterrents. We will provide information, time and advice to you to the
best of our ability. We are not responsible for the conduct and/or performance of any outside vendor or venue.

same thus constituting a legal and binding contract between you (Guardian/Parent) and Bliss Enterprise Ltd.
Parental Consent Form
I ___________________________________________(parent/guardian name) hereby certify that I am the parent and/or
lawful guardian of: ______________________________________________. I hereby consent my child to use and wear
provided costumes and accessories (feather boas, costume jewelry, gloves and hats for the duration of the party. The parents
of my guests will be advised of the use of said products during my event. If any parent elects to opt out of this portion of the
event their child will be directed to a designated area until completion. I acknowledge that the children allowed to participate
have no medical restrictions (including allergic reactions) that prevent the use of the products utilized during the event. I also
understand and agree that if my child or any guests should have an adverse reaction to said Bliss Enterprises Ltd. and its
authorized agents will be held harmless and free of liability. Lastly, I understand all authorizing parents (including myself) will be
liable and agree to pay all costs and expenses incurred in connection with such medical services (if necessary) rendered to the
aforementioned child(ren) pursuant to this authorization.
Photography Release
