Peter has acted as Counsel, Co-Counsel or Solicitor in numerous cases, appearing for parties in court as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings, including those involving ICC, HKIAC, SIAC and CIETAC arbitral rules. He also practises Construction Law (Major Projects) and previously led the China Construction practice in a major U.S. law firm in Hong Kong.
