Arbitration Experience
Peter Chow is an Asia-based partner in the U.S. international law firm, Bryan Cave LLP. He
leads the International Arbitration/Dispute Resolution practice in Asia Pacific, dealing with
issues on international trade, general commerce, infrastructure, energy/resources and
construction projects. Peter has acted as Counsel, Co-Counsel or Solicitor in numerous
cases, appearing for parties in court as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings,
including those involving ICC, HKIAC, SIAC and CIETAC arbitral rules. He also practises
Construction Law (Major Projects) and previously led the China Construction practice in a
major U.S. law firm in Hong Kong.
Peter has authored many publications on international arbitration and construction. He has
also presented numerous seminars and workshops on these subjects throughout Asia
Pacific.
