Administration






Provide and supervise general administrative support in all section and department.
Process and maintain leave planning and records of staff.
Preparing documents such as No Objection Letter, Salary Certificate, Warning Letter,
Termination notice, Trade Change, Salary Adjustment, Circular, Service Certificate and internal
memo.
Preparing and checking attendance sheet of all employees.
Conducting Performance Appraisal
Employee welfare and managing employee grievances.
General Affairs






Organize and managing of labor camps and staff accommodations.
Coordinates with real estate and landlords in regards of the tenancy lease/contract renewal of
labor camps, local staff, Singapore staff and Japanese Managers accommodation.
Manage and arranging travel and hotel bookings of all guest from Singapore H.Q and
international branches.
