Return Policy, Instructions and Form:
You are eligible to receive an exchange or a full refund by following
the listed instructions:
When trying the shoes on to determine if you want to keep them or not, remember
to:
a. Try on the shoes indoors*
b. Keep the shoe box the shoes came in, along with the wash bag – if one is provided.
c. Keep the shipping box, in case you need the return the shoes
*The shoes must be in a resalable condition in order to be returned.
What you will need in order to ship the product back:
1. UPS Return Label – please call 800 750 6729 to request one.
2. Shoes and shoe box in tact. If the shoes came with the following packaging materials, then we
prefer them to be returned in the same manner. Not all styles of shoes contain the same
packaging. If the pair(s) you receive did not come with packaging materials, then skip this step.
The packaging materials for the shoes may include:
a. Clear plastic shoe form – this keeps shoes from crushing
b. Foam toe filler
c. Stuffing paper inside the shoe box
3. This sheet completed and enclosed in the shipping box.
4. Pedors shipping box with all of the items listed in # 2 and # 3 included in it.
Once all needed articles are enclosed in the shipping box, tape the box shut and stick the return label on
top of the outside of the shipping box.
When you are ready to ship the package, just drop it off at a UPS drop-off location, such as a UPS
Center or Mailboxes, etc. store. If you need to find a location nearest you, call 800 PICK UPS (800 742
5877) or visit www.ups.com.
After the package has been delivered to us, we will look over the product to make sure it meets the
requirements. If met, then we will follow your instructions for preference of either exchanging your shoes
or mailing you a refund check as per your request provided below. Your return will be processed within a
timely manner.
