Payment:
- The contracts shall be secured by an Irrevocable BG (Banking Guarantee) at value
of one (1) month shipment (+/- 5%). The finance instrument shall be valid for 14
months and fifteen (15) days and shall be returned at maturity day or cashed by the
last month shipment.
- Payments for each shipment shall be by Irrevocable, Transferable / Non –
Transferable ARDLC UCP600 or MT103/23, shipment to shipment, within 03 days
from Bill of Lading (BL).
Confirming Bank: Mandatory if buyer’s bank is not AA rated (Top 50)

Buyer issues the ICPO + soft probe + NCND / IMFPA + buyer’s copy of passport +
BCL;
Seller issues FCO;
Buyer signs, seals and returns the FCO;
Seller issues Draft Contract in favor of the buyer;
Buyer signs, stamps and sends via email in Word format;
Seller issues the Pro Forma Invoice and electronic contract;
Buyer opens Non-operative financial instruments within five (05) banking days as
agreed in the contract to the seller’s bank.
Seller sends within five (05) banking days the hard copies duly signed & sealed.
Buyer duly signs & seals all copies and returns back and seller’s bank issues POP and
PB (2%) of value to the buyer’s bank to activate the financial instruments;
Shipments start as agreed within 30 to 45 days after the financial instruments are
opened from the buyer’s bank to seller’s bank;
* Note that some procedures may vary according to each seller’s instruction as we represent
several ones. Procedures must be adjusted according to buyer’ s order. They will be
confirmed through the FCO / draft contract. The procedures mentioned above are the ones
internationally accepted and reasonable for any sale / purchase contract.
