Technical Support Analyst
Full-Time Technical Support Analyst position available in Charleston, SC. Bachelor's degree in Computer
Engineering or Computer Science is preferred and 3.0 GPA or higher required. Familiarity with
Windows-based software; the ability to grasp technical concepts; Prior experience working in a help
desk or technical support environment is a big plus. Duties include: Learn how to install, configure, and
troubleshoot Hawkes Learning Systems courseware. Be the first to respond to customer emails or
phone calls, and work with other support analysts to troubleshoot obscure issues. Advance your

Software Engineer
Full-Time Software Engineer available in Charleston, SC. Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or
Computer Science is preferred and 3.0 GPA or higher required. Must be proficient in ASP.NET and SQL
programming. Duties include: Design, implement, test, and maintain web-based applications and
complex SQL databases. Provide second tier technical support to customers via email, phone, or remote

Full-Time Network Administrator position available in Charleston, SC. Bachelor's degree in Computer
