During Construction: June 17 – August 30
To park in the Patient & Visitor Deck*:
Take I-95 exit 74-C onto Broad Street (or take Broad Street all the way) to 9th
Street From East Broad Street, turn onto 9th St. (a one-way heading north). Turn right on
to Leigh St. and then right on to 12th St. The entrance to the deck will be on your left.

To get to the Volunteer Services Office:
Exit the parking deck on level P8, and walk through the doors into the Critical Care
Hospital (building D). Take the escalator behind the information desk to the first floor.
Continue straight, passing the gift shop and elevators on your left, through the doors
marked Main Hospital (building A). When you reach the lobby with the brick floor, turn
right. You will see a doorway marked Gateway Building and a smaller set of double doors
just to the left of that. Walk through the smaller set of double doors and look for a door on
the right marked Volunteer Services. Once you've gone through the outer door, our office
is the one straight ahead.
*ATTENTION VCU Students:
VCU students are not permitted to park in the Patient &
Visitor Deck and we cannot validate parking for you. We recommend using the VCU Campus
Connector from the Monroe Park Campus. Get off at the stop on 11th Street, across from the
Alumni House. Walk across Clay St. and walk East along Clay St. until you get to 12 th St.
Turn right at 12th street and walk straight until you enter the Gateway building. Take the stairs
or the visitor elevators to the first floor, walk straight ahead through the doors that say Main
Hospital, and immediately make a sharp right u-turn through a smaller set of double doors. If
you have questions, please contact Volunteer Services to clarify BEFORE driving to this
campus.
