Who We Are . . .
UCR, LLC is an Information Technology company located in Dayton, Ohio. Established
in 1986, UCR is a privately owned company employing 28 personnel, averaging
approximately $5 million in annual gross revenues. UCR qualifies as a woman owned
small business under SBA standards. UCR maintains a strong customer base, including
many of the leading commercial and government organizations in the area. Our list of
customers includes Wright-Patterson AFB, Computer Science Corporation, Northrop
Grumman, Cargill, Wagner Smith, University of Dayton and Kodak.
UCR provides a wide range of technology solutions and associated services to
commercial, government and educational institutions. Our scope of services includes
systems integration and custom application development, database administration,
networking, and hardware configuration and repair. We employ a core staff of
experienced technicians ranging from hardware repair and networking technicians to
systems engineering and computer programming specialists.
UCR employs a flexible range of service delivery contract options, including fixed service
contracts, fixed fee projects, time and materials, block hour contracts, and full staff
outsourcing contracts. Our outsourcing solutions include traditional staffing as well as
program management and functional outsourcing. UCR also maintains a full schedule of
defined products and services under the GSA program.
Today UCR has personnel contracted on three active Air Force programs; Stock Control
System Tech Refresh Development Program, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Seat
Management Program and the Wright-Patterson AFB Information Technology Support
(WITS) program.
UCR has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to recruit and retain high quality, skilled,
and experienced employees that meet the needs of each specific client and project. One
of the reasons UCR is so successful in recruiting strong talent is that our key executives
have many years experience in large-scale application development, software
engineering and business integration projects.
Throughout its history UCR has received numerous accolades and awards by many
