Religious preamble
Bequests:
 to sister Mary Bennett £50 to be paid ‘in one year after my
decese’
 to brother Henry Bennett £5 to be paid ‘in one year after my
decese’
 to sister Mary Bennett £10 in trust for kinsman William Bennett
to be paid to her when he attains age of 14, some part of this
sum to be used by Mary Bennett towards binding him
apprentice to ‘larn the art or mistory of a carpenter’ and the
other part for finding him clothing during his apprenticeship;
wife Mary Bennett appointed guardian and trustee of kinsman
William Bennett, to provide him with meat, drink, apparel, and
all other necessaries out of deceased’s affects until he attains
age of 14 or is bound apprentice
 to wife Mary , residue of estate for payment of testator’s debts
and legacies
