Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Immediate Scholarship Reservation (ISR) (Information Summary) 1. Selected applicants receive: Full tuition and other financial benefits worth up to $180,000. NROTC Units are located at over 165 of the nation’s leading colleges and universities. $250-$400 a month tax-free spending money.
