Proposal for Home for 20 Children
Introduction: The main objective of Anbu Trust is supporting the deserving children
for their educational development. From the beginning (2000) Trust is contributing
many educational services like providing educational materials, paying educational
fee, providing basic needs such as food, shelter and health care. In the academic
year of 2004 – 2005 Trust cared 13poor girl children for one year to learn vocational
training.
It is the one year project. Then Trust initiated a home for 5 deserving
children in the year of May 2007 and the children are benefiting now.
Children: Trust gives more priority to the children of orphan, semi orphan and from
poor families. Out of five our children 2children are orphans, one boy is semi orphan
children and 2girls from poor family. Besides this Trust helps to 4children by
providing educational materials in the year of 2007-2008.
Home at present: All above 5children and one cook (she is also abandoned) are
accommodated in one of our trustee’s home due to save the rent. Now here we are
only providing staying place. There is no space for playing and educational activities.
So if we provide a better infra structure to the children Trust can enhance the quality
of service to the children and also add some more needy children around us. So
really we are in need of infra structure for meaningful service.
Note: Due to economical tight at present Trust care 3 children in the home and
supporting 6other children who are living with their single parents. Trust
supports as monthly financial assistance to the children’s family.
Budget: A Budget has been attached for running expenditure for 20 children for one
year and the cost of Land and Building. ( The cost of Land and Building is a just out
line. Not accurate) The budget of Infra structure has been attached in separate
sheet.
A request: We are people who involved in educational service to the children in
need for 8years and our exposure is 12years in various organisations. We are very
pleasure to do better service in various angles to the children and people if we have
a needed infra structure. Help us to help others. Thank you.
