Public Participation
Members of the public may raise subjects, which they wish to bring to the attention of the Parish Council.
Items relating to matters on the agenda will be taken first and any decisions will be made within the agenda item.
The time will be restricted to 15 minutes maximum unless the Parish Council decides otherwise. Listeners should
note that decisions cannot be made at this meeting on items not on the agenda.
To welcome Mr P Senior to provide the Parish Council with documentation and information with regard to a
proposed planning application.

1501/02 To approve the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 25th November 2014, Finance Committee
Meeting held on 2nd December 2014 and the Personnel Committee Meeting held on 12th December 2014.

2014/0419 – Mr Embleton, 27 Low Street, Haxey – planning permission to change of use to form guest
house, an extension to the existing ground first – floor accommodation to form a bathroom and alterations
within the existing front garden to from a small car park (amended plan).
2014/1307 – Mr Marshall, 7 East Lound Road, Haxey – planning permission to remove leyllandi hedge and
erect (2.10m) high concreate post and timber panel fence.
2014/1366 – Mr Thorpe, Hill Farm, A161 between Epworth and Low Burnham – planning permission for a
new vehicular access to provide access to existing barns.
2014/1398 – Mr Storey, 9 Akeferry Road, Westwoodside – planning permission to erect a proposed single
storey extension.
2014/1406 – Mr Smithey, Workshop, Spring Gardens, 21 Thinholme Lane, Westwoodside – planning
permission to remove condition 1, 2, 4 & 7 and vary condition 3 on PA/2010/0723.
2015/0012 – Mrs Kennedy, 3 Grange Court, Westwoodside – planning permission to erect a rear extension.
2015/0026 – Mr Mann, 26 Nethergate, Westwoodside – planning permission to demolish dwelling and erect
a pair of semi-detached houses and attached car port.
