Cut & Paste citations into a word document.
Highlight all text when complete. (Keep it highlighted until done!)
Go to Table at top of word, select SORT – sort by paragraphs, type text, ascending
Ctrl + T = hanging indent
Ctrl + 2 = Double space
Change font to Times New Roman
Change font size to 12
Unclick to release highlight – check to be sure space is ok!
