To Russell Bedford Member Firms:
As part of our continuing effort to bring additional value to Russell Bedford network membership we have
partnered with Becker CPA Exam Review to offer three flexible learning formats for exam candidates.
Becker’s live, online and self-study DVD formats will work with any schedule and are offered at attractive
rates for the staff of Russell Bedford member firms. Any of these formats offer the candidate the same
thorough and comprehensive coverage instruction with the same integrated materials.
Russell Bedford member firms can take advantage of the relationship with Becker CPA Exam Review in one of
two ways:
1) Direct Bill
2) Preferred Provider
OPTION 1 – DIRECT BILL: Becker will offer a $700 discount for each staff member’s 4-part enrollment. The
standard 4-part tuition is currently $2890 but subject to increase each July 1st.
Firms who choose to participate in the Direct-Bill arrangement with Becker CPA review will receive an invoice for
their staff that enrolled each month. Even though the payment will be made by you, it is up to each firm to decide
the level of financial support they want to give their employees. Therefore, you can charge-back all (or part of)
the CPA review expenses to your employees. This discount is attractive for both the candidate, if he or she is
responsible for the program; and for the firm, if it offers this program as a benefit to its new hires or staff.

Russell Bedford Firms with an existing Preferred–Provider (PP) relationship with Becker: You will
have the option to switch to a Direct-Bill relationship. The PP discount, currently $350, will be reduced to
$300 as of the commencement of our new agreement starting 7/1/10. If you switch to direct-bill, you will
be saving an additional $400 for your employees. As noted above, you can charge-back all (or part of)
the direct-bill CPA review expenses to your employees.
Optional Add-On Direct Bill Products:
Russell Bedford member firm may also elect to include Flashcards and/or Final Review as part of this direct-bill
arrangement. The following discounts will be offered if either of these products is chosen as an add-on:
(1) Flashcards Direct-Bill – Becker will offer a $50 discount off of the standard price, which is currently $195,
but subject to increase every July 1st.
By choosing this direct-bill option, all enrollees from Russell
Bedford member firm will receive flashcards with their CPA Exam Review order.
(2) Final Review Direct-Bill – Becker will offer a $150 discount off the standard price, which is currently $540
for all for parts, but subject to increase every July 1 st. By choosing this direct-bill option, all enrollees from
RUSSELL BEDFORD member firm will receive Final Review with their CPA Exam Review order. (If a
student enrolls in less than four parts due to passing parts previously, Russell Bedford member firm will
be billed for the per-part final review at a $50 per-part discount. The standard per-part price is $180, but
subject to increase every July 1st.)
OPTION 2 – PREFERRED PROVIDER: Under the Preferred Provider program, staff candidates will be invoiced
directly by Becker and will receive a $300 discount off the full standard four-part tuition. The standard 4-part
tuition is currently $2890 but subject to increase each July 1st. All Russell Bedford firms not choosing the DB
relationship will automatically be set up with a Preferred-Provider relationship.
Please note that sales tax must be applied to all self-study DVD orders.
There will be no retroactive adjustments made for staff members who have signed up for Becker prior to the date
that the direct-bill relationship is chosen.
Russell Bedford Member Firms will make their best efforts to make all staff and new hires that are eligible to sit for
the CPA Examination aware of this “Direct Bill” or “Preferred Provider” program.
The Russell Bedford member firm discounted tuition includes all course materials including textbooks and
PassMaster/Simulation/Final Exam software. Course enrollment fees are included.
Term and Termination
Either party can terminate this agreement upon thirty (30) days prior written notice.
CPA Exam Orientation
Becker offers to provide “CPA Exam Orientation” seminars for your uncertified staff. These “Lunch & Learn”
sessions are usually provided at the firm’s location. The seminars are currently provided free-of-charge.
Pre-Authorization Option
If so desired, you can set up your direct-bill account to require pre-authorization. With “Pre-Authorization
Required”, we will not process an order until we receive approval in advance. Below is our Pre-Authorization
Policy:
Authorizations must be either emailed to Authorizations@Becker.com or faxed to 1-866-771-5215. Subject Line
of Emailed Authorization must contain the name of the firm and the student’s name and will be accepted only from
the firm’s authorized approver. Faxed authorizations must note the firm name, student’s name and signature of
the authorized approver(s) noted above. Authorizations must be sent pro-actively, i.e. Becker will not
request them and orders will remain in draft until authorization is received.
If you would like your direct-bill account set up with pre-authorization, please so indicate on the attached Selection
Form.
Attached is a form we’d like you to complete indicating your desired arrangement – either Direct-Bill or Preferred

Your staff will be able to register at the dedicated Russell Bedford web order page –
www.Becker.com/RussellBedford. It takes five business days to set up new direct-bill relationships.
All Russell Bedford firms wishing to renew their direct-bill relationship or wishing to upgrade from a preferred
provider to a direct bill should fill out and submit the attached Preference Form.
