Becker CPA Review Program
Practicewise Member Firms are eligible for discounted pricing on Becker Professional Review for CPA
exam candidates.
Becker’s live, online and self-study CD formats will work with any schedule and are offered at attractive
rates for the staff of Practicewise Member Firms. Any of these formats offer the candidate the same
thorough and comprehensive coverage instruction with the same integrated materials.
Practicewise Member Firms can take advantage of the relationship with Becker CPA Review through
one of two options – Direct Bill or Preferred Provider. The standard 4-part tuition is currently $3,315 and
is subject to increase every July 1st. (Sales tax must be applied to the CD-ROM product). No
adjustments can be made to orders placed before the Billing Preference Agreement is returned to
Becker. All member firms not choosing the Direct Bill relationship will automatically default to a
Preferred Provider relationship.
1. Direct Bill:
Becker will offer a $700 discount for each staff member’s 4-part enrollment through Direct Bill.
Firms who choose to participate in the Direct Bill option will receive an invoice from Becker for their
staff that enrolled each month. Even though the payment will be made by the firm, it is up to each
firm to decide the level of financial support they want to give their employees. Therefore, you can
charge back all (or part of) the CPA review expenses to your employees. This discount is attractive
for both the candidate, if he or she is responsible for the program; and for the firm, if it offers this
program as a benefit to its new hires or staff.
2. Preferred Provider:
Becker will offer a $300 discount for each staff member’s 4-part enrollment through Preferred
Provider. Firms who choose to participate in the Preferred Provider option elect to have their staff
candidates invoiced directly by Becker.



Practicewise Firms with an existing Direct Bill relationship with Becker: Your discount will
be increased as described above. Your current relationship allows a $600 discount off the
standard price. With the Practicewise/Becker arrangement, your discount will increase to $700.
(Existing Direct Bill firms should still fill out and submit the Billing Preference Form below).
Practicewise Firms with an existing Preferred Provider relationship with Becker: You will
have the option to switch to a Direct Bill relationship. Your current discount is $300 off of the
standard price. If you switch to Direct Bill, you will be saving an additional $400 for your
employees. As noted above, you can charge back all (or part of) the direct-bill CPA review
expenses to your employees. (Existing Preferred Provider firms should still fill out and submit
the Billing Preference Form below).
Practicewise Firms with no current relationship with Becker: You have the option to choose
either relationship: the Direct Bill (saving $700 for your staff) or Preferred-Provider (saving $300
for your staff). Please indicate your choice by filling out the Billing Preference Form below.

CPA Orientation and Materials
Becker CPA Review staff will provide CPA exam orientation seminars to all staff candidates of the
Practicewise Member Firms at training seminars or at a mutually convenient time and place.
Pre-Authorization Option
If so desired, you can set up your direct-bill account to require pre-authorization. With “PreAuthorization Required”, we will not process an order until we receive approval in advance. Below is
our Pre-Authorization Policy:
Authorizations must be either emailed to Authorizations@BeckerReview.com or faxed to
1.866.771.5215. Subject Line of E-mailed Authorization must contain the name of the firm and
the student’s name and will be accepted only from the firm’s authorized approver. Faxed
authorizations must note the firm name, student’s name and signature of the authorized
approver(s) noted above. All authorizations must give the enrollees phone number and email
address. Authorizations must be sent pro-actively, i.e. Becker will not request them and orders
will remain in draft until authorization is received.
If you would like your Direct Bill account set up with pre-authorization, please so indicate on the
attached Billing Preference Agreement.
Accommodation
Practicewise Member Firm shall be responsible for facilitating and responding to religious or disabilityrelated requests for accommodation from Program participants, and shall be responsible for funding
and implementing any such reasonable accommodations relating to the Program. Becker agrees to
cooperate with Practicewise Member Firm’s such accommodation efforts to the extent practicable, but
does not assume and expressly disclaims responsibility or liability under any applicable law for
responding to requests for or providing such accommodations to Program participants, or for the
accommodations deemed reasonable by Practicewise Member firm.

Becker CPA will invoice each participating Practicwise firm for the staff members that registered for all four parts
of the Becker CPA Review Course between the date this form is submitted and June 30 at the discount rate of
$700 off the standard tuition, which is currently $3,315 but subject to increase each July 1. If your firm requires
staff to pay for CPA exam review classes, you may elect this option and collect the fees from your staff members so that
they enjoy the maximum benefit. By selecting Direct-Bill, your firm agrees to pay the invoice in accordance with Becker
CPA’s payment terms.

Becker CPA will invoice staff candidates directly for their enrollment. Candidates enrolling under this option
between now and June 30 will receive a $300 discount off of the full four-part tuition.
