Responsibilities:
 leads, organizes and coordinates industrialization project team and technical activities ( technical cost
estimates, tooling, assembly means, checking fixtures) in order to guarantee control of the integration of
new projects in production plants in compliance with Quality/ Cost / Time requirements.
 Makes estimation in terms of skills, workforce, to match workload of department, taking current projects into
consideration and future targets.
 Ensures effective assignment of skills in their department when making up project teams
 Ensures implementation of product / process development simultaneously
 Checks and validates project objectives in terms of cost, time, quality and technicalities.
 Defines and follows start-up budgets by project for each factory in the Group.
 Defines industrialization workload concerning their business activity, for international units and production
plants.
 Ensure SOP in compliance with Production rates, timeframes and Quality.
 Partcipate in Monthly Review Meeting.
