Leader to implement TPM in whole plant.
Implemented 14 Poka Yoke in the Seat belt lines & ensured launch at 0 PPM to till date.
Reduced the Cycle time of Seat belt YC-5 line while implementing “U” shape line.
Modified the YP-8 line layout to reduce the Manpower from 5 Operators to 4 Operators.
