1.- TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The regulation and conditions of participation in Ch.ACO Fair apply to all exhibitors and
organizations related to the development of the Fair.
Sending the Application 2015 to participate in the fair implies acceptance by the applicant of the
conditions listed below and any other conditions that have previously been reported by the
organization.
2.- PARTICIPATION AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 The galleries selected must submit the following documents scanned and signed to the mail:

-Excerpt from the Partnership Deed or any pending documentation.
-Photocopy of Identity Card of the company or any pending documentation.
-Photocopy of Identity Card or ID of the legal representative.
2.2 Payments:
1st payment: 50% of the stand before May 15th, 2015 (after the first payment galleries will
receive from Ch.ACO the Exhibitors Manual)
2nd payment: 50% of the stand on June 15th, 2014
2.3 Payments can be made only by bank transfer to the following account:

* Note: The extra costs required by banks where the payment is made and that are related to
management or transfer costs, are in charge of the applicant.
2.4 Once all payments are done, exhibitors will receive an invoice- for the total amount- from
Gestores del Arte AF Ltda, producer of the event. This invoice will be sent after the fair.
2.5 Once payment is made each exhibitor must sign a temporary contract for space in the Fair, at
the time of receiving credentials.
2.6 Once confirmed the space by Ch.ACO Fair, exhibitors who choose not to participate, will loose
all payments made (total or partial), waiving any right to claim any refund and / or compensation
thereon. Meanwhile, Ch.ACO Fair will have free and full availability of the involved stand for re
award.
2.7 The charges will not be refunded unless the Ch.ACO Fair agreed, no exhibitor may use the
stand until covered the total amount of this.
2.8 In the case the exhibitor does not meet the required conditions, the organization Ch.ACO Fair
shall have the space at its disposal.
2.9 The exhibitor may only enter for the assembly of its booth, having canceled 100% of the
committed value.
3.- BOOTHS ALLOCATION
3.1 Ch.ACO Fair will assign booths to the galleries or exhibitors considering the space available and
agreed meters. Booth location will be determined by Ch.ACO Fair.
3.2 Fair Ch.ACO will inspect the stands during assembly and during the Fair, in order to ensure the
proper presentation and proposal according to the approved application.
3.3 If there are objections and / or comments by the organization, assembly or any of the exhibits,
the exhibitor should proceed with the correctives requested.

3.4 The exhibitor is obliged to remain in the stand throughout the fair, and keep the stand
properly staffed during opening hours to the public.
3.5 Ch.ACO Fair keeps the right to rearrange the layout of common areas, modify access to
exhibition spaces, corridors and common rooms as needed.
3.6 No Exhibitor may share, sublet or reassign their booth, either in full or partially. Every kind of
advertising is several prohibited.
3.7 Ch.ACO Fair will award to each exhibitor the space for the event. All reasonable efforts will be
made to accommodate the request of exhibitors in relation to the arrangement and stand
location. Ch.ACO Fair may, in its sole discretion to consider cases of force majeure, change the
location of the stand, as well as altering the shape thereof.
3.8 Ch.ACO Fair, on July 15th, will send to each exhibitor the Manual and individual Layout of each
gallery, in order to request additional requirements. These requirements will be specified in
written form for the recruitment and payment, and sent to the organization on July 28th to mail:

3.9 Each exhibitor shall assume the risk of any damage or loss of their items. Ch.ACO Fair will not
be responsible in case of damage or theft; they must have purchased insurance.
4.- ASSEMBLY, DISASSEMBLY AND STAND CONDITIONS
Exhibitors will have access to their stand only if:
- Their payments required by Ch.ACO Fair are up to date (Stand, Catalog and additional specific
requirements)
- Have made and completed the application process in the Internal Revenue Service and the
Municipality of Santiago (Chilean galleries)
-Have entered the day with temporary import procedure
Use of credentials will be required for the assembly and disassembly of the Fair.
4.1 The exhibitor shall begin and end assembly and disassembly in the time periods specified in
the Application 2015 (September 22nd- 23rd th and 27th closure and dismantling).
4.2 Ch.ACO Fair will not allow any exhibitor decorate Stand, assemble, show or display logos, as
well as a different signaling established by the organization. All signage and decor is standard and
designed by the fair to help generate its own visual identity and to ensure an equitable treatment
with galleries and its promotion.
4.3 The Exhibitor shall display at its Stand the artists mentioned in their application and for which
the organization admitted their participation in the Fair. If for reasons of force majeure need to
change any of its artists, please inform through a written document to the organization, its new
proposal to allow evaluation of the change and accept it or not.

4.4 Ch.ACO Fair reserves the right to ban and cancel the exhibition if the gallery does not meet the
conditions specified in the application and the additional requirements already approved and
signed.
4.5 No facility of additional walls that have not been requested to the organization will be allowed.
4.6 Exhibitors will welcome at all times the provisions that are regulated by the Ch.ACO Fair
regarding spaces, corridors, emergency exits, etc.
4.7 Exhibitors cannot install sound equipment interfering and intrusive to other exhibitors, except
where required for the exhibition of a work, with prior approval of the organization and
prioritizing environmental comfort.
4.8 Ch.ACO Fair will not be responsible or intervene in establishing relationships established
between gallerists and intermediaries, brokers or dealers present at the fair. Gallery owners are
not required to pay commissions.
5.- CATALOG
5.1 Participation in the catalog Ch.ACO Fair 2015 is mandatory; it encourages the promotion of the
fair and reflects the quality of the work of the artists and their galleries.
5.2 The galleries will receive the technical specifications required for the catalog after the first
payment, through the Exhibitors Manual
5.3 The galleries should submit all materials requested no later than June 15th.
5.4 The material will be solely the responsibility of the exhibitor, in relation to the content
submitted and the quality of the images.
5.5 Subsequently will be sent to each gallery the design of their pages for correction and approval.
5.6 The design, publishing and printing of the catalog will be handled exclusively by Ch.ACO Fair
and no exhibitor may change or define its format. This in order to maintain the unity in style and
image catalog representing the fair 2015.
5.7 The organization of Ch.ACO Fair will assume that photographs of the works of artists
representing each gallery and that will be exhibited at Ch.ACO Fair, have the proper authorization
to be published in the catalog and in the media that are deemed appropriate for the promotion
event.
5.8 Ch.ACO Fair will not entertain any claim of errors or omissions in the catalog. The exhibitor is
solely responsible for the contents of the records.

5.9 The exhibitor will contribute to the effective realization of the publication providing the
graphic and necessary written information to ensure the quality and desirable precision.
5.10 To contribute to the success of the catalog, the exhibitor must comply with the deadlines for
the delivery of the material and schedule by the designer for verification. Otherwise, Ch.ACO Fair
shall exclude the exhibitor from the catalog and will not make the return of monies paid is.
5.11 Ch.ACO Fair requests galleries to submit their review duly translated into English.
6.- INSURANCE AND DISCLAIMER
6.1 Exhibitors must insure their possessions and those effects that were committed for display or
other use in connection with the exhibition, against fire, theft, damage or breakage, loss and
damage caused by water or moisture and risks of transport to and from the Fair.
6.2 Ch.ACO Fair will not be responsible for losses if the exhibitor fails the insurance, or if the
insurance does not cover such losses.
6.3 Ch.ACO Fair will have liability insurance.
6.4 The Exhibitor hereby agrees to subscribe immediately, at the request of Ch.ACO Fair, any
additional documentation exempting society GESTORES DEL ARTE AF LIMITED from any liability.
7.- SECURITY
7.1 From the first day of assembly to disassembly, Ch.ACO Fair will provide a security service 24
hrs. during the event. However, it will not be responsible for theft or damage of any item.
7.2 Exhibitors will be requested to compliance with safety procedures asked by Ch.ACO Fair or the
contracted security service.
7.3 The safety of the stands is not included here. Exhibitors who must protect its cost and charge
all the works on display and must obtain the respective insurance is strongly reported.
7.4 Ch.ACO Fair provides exhibitors hiring an additional security service with the company
responsible for the security of the fair.
7.5 Entry and Exit of Works:
- Input: The input works should be performed during the days and times indicated in the assembly
schedule and in the Exhibitor Manual. It must give the organization a dispatch guide with details of
the entered works.
- Output: For security reasons, during the Fair and dismantling period, you can only withdraw
works, following preparation of the form "Salida de Obra de Arte" signed by the manager of the
gallery and the coordinator.

When removing works that have been sold during the fair days, you must perform the same
procedure.
8.- AUTHENTICITY
8.1 All exhibitors are responsible for the authenticity of works of art that are displayed and / or
sold during the days of the fair.
8.2 If the authenticity of a work of art on display during the event, Ch.ACO Fair reserves the right
to request the removal from the exhibition, except that the exhibitor can successfully prove the
authenticity of the work to the organization.
8.3 The exhibitor agrees to hold harmless the Ch.ACO Fair against any claim or proceeding relating
to the authenticity or irregularity in the sale or negotiation of any work of art.
9.- RESTRICTIONS
9.1 Falsified and illegally obtained works.
9.2 Highly restored, damaged or processed works.
9.3 The works included in the category of applied arts (glasses, ceramics, jewelry, designs, etc.)
10.- BREACH OF CONTRACT
Will be grounds for exclusion of an exhibitor from Ch.ACO Fair 2015 the following items:
10.1 Practices of falsified works or of doubtful identity.
10.2 No respect for the opening hours of the public stand, or irregularity in opening times.
10.3 Failure to comply warnings received in writing about the assembly and maintenance of the
stand.
10.4 Subletting part (or all) of the stand to another person or another gallery, as well as external
intermediaries.
Any of these failures will be immediate cause of closure of the stand.
The exhibitor with the signing of the Application 2015 and the Regulation Contract of Participation
unconditionally accept all the rules and conditions set forth in these documents, and empowers
Ch.ACO Fair to enforce them. Also waives all claims against the decisions made by Ch.ACO Fair.
