Scale to wrap and weigh loads: heavy duty load-cell scale with digital readout for ease of wrap and $3,995

Film Banding System: designed to take standard 20 inch film and form a band 10” to 3" wide. Film is $5,695
reduced in width from the top down to the selected width. Operator sets limit switch for the proper
width. Film width will open up at last ¼ rotations at end of cycle for wipe down and cutting.
Exit Gravity Roller Conveyor: 2 1/2” diameter rollers on 2 3/4” centers, 52” effective width except

Pit Kit for In-Ground Scale: eliminates the need for ramps. Includes heavy duty 5,000 pound $1,695
turntable with square frame so machine fits into pit which brings the top of the turntable to floor
level. Customer is responsible for providing pit and Highlight will provide drawings to assist in
pit design.
Pneumatic Film Tail Blow-In: Automatic machines utilizing film jaws produce a film tail when the $495
jaws release the film. An air amplifier is used to blow this tail into the wrap cycle, resulting in virtually
no film tail. Includes all hardware, PLC and programming.
Film Fingers: Film Fingers can reinforce the edges of the top and bottom of the film for greater $495
strength, or to narrow the film width for applications that require ventilation. Adjustable fingers mount
on a sliding bracket affixed to the carriage.
