REQUIRMENTS FOR TRANSFER
SANGAR HOUSING PROJECT, GWADAR
In case of Individuals:
a)
Covering letter duly personally signed before the Deputy Commissioner / Project
Director, Sangar Housing Project, Gwadar or if submitted Power of Attorney duly
registered along with Public Notice published in Daily Dawn, Daily Jang & Daily
Intikhab Newspapers accordingly. (The owner / or his attorney is personally
required for Computerized Photograph while signing the documents and thumb
impression).
b)
Original Allotment Order / Possession Order or Transfer Order with Site Plan.
c)
Copy of C.N.I.C & Recent Photographs of the Transferee / Buyer, (duly attested by
the 1st Class Magistrate)
d)
Copy of C.N.I.C. & Recent Photographs of the Transferor / Seller, (duly attested by
the 1st Class Magistrate)
e)
Copy of C.N.I.C. of the Witnesses, (duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate)
f)
Original Sale Agreement on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.100/= (duly attested
by the 1st Class Magistrate) or General Power of Attorney on Non Judicial Stamp
Paper of Rs.500/= for Balochistan and Rs.2,500/= for out side Balochistan (duly
Registered and should be issued from Balochistan).
g)
Original MCB Transfer Fee Payment Receipt.
h)
Copy of PDS Letter (if available).
i)
No Dues Certificate.
j)
Original Transfer Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.20/= (duly
authenticated by an Oath Commissioner and should be issued from Balochistan).
k)
All payment should be made through Demand Draft in favour of Sangar Housing
Project, Gwadar.
In case of Partnership Firm: ( In addition to Individual case Requirements)
a)
Request for transfer on Company’s Letter Head.
b)
Copies of all the Partners of C.N.I.C & Recent Photographs of the Transferees /
Buyers, (duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate)
c)
Partnership Deed or Letter of Partnership duly signed by all the Partners of the firm.
d)
Attested copy of Firm Registration Certificate with Registrar of Firms, in case of an
Un-registered Firm, it should be mentioned clearly on the Sale Agreement.
In case of Private Limited Company: ( In addition to Individual case Requirements)
a)
Certified copies of Resolution of the Board of Directors, in which shown interest of
purchase of the said plot and authorized a person to carried out the said
consideration on Company’s Letter Head.
b)
Certified copies of Article & Memorandum of Association duly signed by all the
Directors.
c)
Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
d)
Copy of C.N.I.C & Recent Photographs of all the Transferees / Buyers / Directors,
(duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate)
e)
Certified copy of Form-29 showing List of Directors issued from the Security &
Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
