2015,, Board of Directors approves some
solutions: Support to look for borrowing
resources with preferential interest; modifies the
rule on selling capital of The Corporation by
increasing the using rights, etc.
- Board of Directors approves, support necessary
condition, management mechanism so that
Management Board implements management in
business and production, complete the targets on
profit and dividend 2015
- For the operation results of the first four months
2015 of the Corporation: Board of Directors
highly appreciated the operation results of the
first four months 2015, especially in the field of
construction bidding, restarting investment
projects. Board of Directors noted the settlement
process of four projects: Lang Hoa Lac, Ha Noi
Museum, 34 Lang Ha and N05 Projects.

promote the divestment from the member units in
accordance with the approved plans. Board of
Directors approves the restructuring plan
according the proposal. Board of Directors
assigns Strategic Subcommittee to make

give proposals on modifying/building the rule on
selling capital to submit General Meeting of
Shareholders for approval in May 2015
