Evidence of relationship to the partner
(may include but is not limited to):
 Marriage certificate, if any, or other evidence of
relationship; Birth certificate of any children, if any
 Photographs of the parties together; joint bank account,
Joint assets, Joint liabilities: loan or credit to purchase
real estate, cars, major home appliances, Joint utilities
account, if any

Evidence of Relationship to parent/children:
If dependant child(ren) of 20 years old or younger is
included in the application : birth certificate the child(ren)
showing the name of the parent(s) or adoption certificate
Bukti hubungan dengan orang tua/anak:
Apabila anak yang berumur 20 tahun kebawah termasuk
dalam aplikasi: akta kelahiran anak yang menunjukkan
nama kedua orang tua, atau Sertifikat adopsi

Evidence that demonstrate of living together in a
genuine and stable partnership which may include but is
not limited to:
 Joint ownership of residential property
 Joint tenancy agreement or rent book or receipt
 Correspondence including postmarked envelopes
addressed to PA and partner at the same address; Kartu
keluarga which shows all members of the family living in
the same address and confirms the relationship between
family members
 If a couple has been living separately for any period
during their partnership, provide evidence of the length of
the periods of separation, the reason for them, and how
their relationship was maintained such as letters, itemized
telephone accounts or email messages
Dokumen yang menunjukkan bukti tinggal bersama
sebagai pasangan dalam hubungan yang sungguh
sungguh dan stabil termasuk dan tidak terbatas pada:
 bukti kepemilikan rumah bersama; bukti sewa rumah
bersama atau kuitansinya; surat menyurat termasuk
stempel pos yang ditujukan ke pemohon dan pasangan
dengan alamat yang sama

Kartu keluarga yang menujukkan nama anggota keluarga
yang tinggal dialamat yang sama dan hubungan masingmasing anggota keluarga.

Bila pasangan tinggal berjauhan selama periode tertentu,
pemohoon harus menunjukkan bukti mengenai lamanya
hidup berjauhan; alasan hidup berjauhan dan bagaimana
hubungan tersebut dijalin misalnya: surat-menyurat
termasuk stempel pos, tagihan telepon, internet chatting,
e-mail dsb.

Evidence of funds: For self support:
bank book/current account/term deposit account for the last
three months of at least:

NZ$1000 /month/person or

NZ$400 per month per person if the accommodation
has been prepaid



KITAS/KITAB for expatriate living in Indonesia

if you want to stay in NZ for 24 months of more from the country of
citizenship (for Indonesia: from POLRES) and from any country in
which the applicant has lived for five or more years since attaining
the age of 17 years

bersama, asset bersama, pinjaman bersama: kredit
rumah, mobil, alat-alat tumah tangga; tagihan bersama
untuk listrik, air dll

Surat Keterangan Kelakuan baik dari Kepolisian
bila ingin tinggal di NZ lebih dari 24 bulan) dari negara asal untuk
Indonesia: dari Polres) dan dari degara lain dimana pemohon tinggal
selama 5 tahun atau lebih sejak berumur 17 tahun

