Provide both strategic and operational support for program which leads to a doctoral
degree in organizational development and change. Program participants are experienced
professionals seeking advanced education for leading change efforts in organizations and
communities. Faculty, current students and graduates are representative of a diverse
national, cultural and organizational background.
Teaching focus & delivery method: Research methods including data analysis &
interpretation (both quantitative and qualitative analyses). Information literacy with a
focus on internet based strategies. Instructional delivery includes seminar and traditional
lecture format and also web-based synchronous and asynchronous instructional strategies.
Research focus: Actively serve as chairperson for doctoral dissertation students studying
organizational change; organizational leadership and educational technology. Have
chaired over 80 dissertations since 1990. Research studies have included both quantitative
and qualitative inquiry and methods.
