The shortest abbreviation for “write memory; I learned this from one of my students.
For the simulator problems on the CCNA exam, make sure you don’t forget to save your changes before
you go on to the next question. They won’t allow you to use ”write memory”so you
must use copy running-config startup-config” And then before you move on;
go back and do a “show startup-config”
to verify that what you changed is actually in the startup-config, that’s what you’ll get scored on
