The Canadian Consulates of Phoenix and Tucson hosted a Canadian Trade Delegation participating in the
Border Security Expo (BSE - http://www.bordersecurityexpo.com/) from May 13-14, 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona.
BSE focuses on strategies and tools for border management, including surveillance technologies, identification
management, biometrics, bio hazard detection, intelligence sharing, and other leading edge techniques. In
addition, BSE extensively covers law enforcements’ role in Border Security at all levels, from global to national,
state, county, and city. The BSE Exhibit Hall showcases state-of-the-art border security technologies.
