sources (collectively, ‘Personal Data’) shall only be used by HL Management Co Sdn Bhd (the ‘Company’) and the Hong Leong Group of
companies (‘HL Companies’) (the Company and HL Companies shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as, the ‘Group’) to assess your
suitability to assume the job duties of the position for which you have applied or for any other vacancies within the Group;

daripada ini dirujuk secara kolektif sebagai, "Kumpulan") untuk menilai kesesuaian anda untuk mengambil alih tugas-tugas jawatan yang mana
anda telah memohon atau untuk mana-mana jawatan kosong lain dalam Kumpulan;

failure to supply the Personal Data as requested will result in the Group being unable to process your employment applications;
kegagalan untuk membekalkan Data Peribadi seperti yang diminta akan mengakibatkan Kumpulan tidak dapat memproses permohonan pekerjaan
anda;
(3)
in the event that your application for employment is successful, the Group may require additional Personal Data to be collected from you from
time to time throughout the period of your employment with the Group;
sekiranya permohonan anda untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan berjaya, Kumpulan mungkin akan memerlukan maklumat Data Peribadi tambahan
yang akan dikutip daripada anda dari semasa ke semasa sepanjang tempoh pekerjaan anda dalam Kumpulan;

in the event that your application for employment within the Group is successful, your Personal Data shall be used in accordance with the Hong
Leong Group Employees Privacy Policy;

to request for a copy of your Personal Data retained by the Group subject to payment of a reasonable fee for each data access request
processed;
