The application form has to be handed in NLT than 5 weeks prior to the course (2 weeks prior to MMPC) as follows:

Non-Swiss military participant: through the accredited Swiss Defence Attaché to the participant's country of origin

Civilian / policemen (all):
through their human resources department

Conscript Swiss participant:
through the chain of command (S1 Bat/Abt => G1 Gs Vb => POC named bellow)

Regular Swiss participant:
through the chain of command (POC ELS LVb => POC named bellow)
