Oct 2005 – July 2006: Security Monitoring Officer. (GEG Security Services).

Part-time. After a training of how to use security monitoring equipment, duties involved spotting the odds on work sites, patrolling and dealing with unexpected or suspicious guests. I’ve improved my communicational skills as well as problem solving attitude while working. During the last 6 months, I was promoted as Team Supervisor of a team compromising of 8 Security

Officers.

July 2006 – Dec 2006: Network Customer Service Technician. Fujitsu (outsource for NTL).

Duties mainly involved troubleshooting of network issues faced by customers over the phone.
