Orange Beach, Alabama
Today we got up and now we are driving to Orange Beach, Alabama. It was a full 6 hour trip!
About 3 hours later we crossed the Mississippi River, it was huge. Well the 6 hour trip was finally
up. We got to Orange Beach and we drove to our condo. It was amazing! It was a hotel but with
condo’s. It was 11 stories high and the hotel had its own water park. I ran to elevator and went up
to floor 11. When we had opened the door to our condo I was astonished! My room was as big as
my own room at my house. The living room had a huge family couch and a 50 inch TV. Right by
the living room the was an oning , I went out onto the oning and I looked out onto the beach it was
amazing. I walked back into my room to go to bed. I was so ready for the beach tomorrow. I woke
up to the smell of pancake bacon and eggs. They smelt so good. After I had eaten my breakfast, I
got ready to got to the beach. I got down the elevator and we just walked to the beach since we
were right on it. I walked out onto the beach and the warm sand felt so good in between my toes.
The water was crystal clear. I jumped into the water and it felt amazing. The waves were so cool.
When I wasn’t looking a big wave swallowed me and I took a big gulp of water and it was salty! I
went out to rest for a minute after that. Something approached my eye, it was 6 stingrays and a
big shark. They lay there in the shallow for a minute but swam away shortly after. Well after that
there was one thing I still wanted to do on the beach. I wanted to look for seashells. I looked
around for about an hour. I collected about 50 seashells and 6 sand dollars. The sand dollars
looked like a fossil of a starfish. It was awesome. We went back to the beach every day but our
vacation finally came to an end. On the drive home we stopped to eat at a place called the
Hangout. The food there was amazing. We left after that , was kinda glad to be home. I wish I
could go to Orange Beach , Alabama every year.
