APLIKASI PENCATATAN PEMBELIAN DAN PENJUALAN BARANG
PADA KOPERASI KARYAWAN PT. PUSRI PALEMBANG

ABSTRAK
Koperasi adalah suatu badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang perekonomian yang
dalam usahanya memberikan jasa dalam bentuk simpan pinjam, maupun usaha penjualan
yang berupa bahan pokok (sembako), serta barang-barang elektronik lainnya. Kehadiran
koperasi karyawan PT. Pusri Palembang yang bergerak dalam berbagai kegiatan unit
usaha sangat berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan para anggotanya. Proses
pencatatan pembelian dan penjualan barang yang digunakan pada koperasi karyawan PT.
Pusri Palembang saat ini masih kurang efisien walaupun telah menggunakan computer
sebagai alat bantunya. Bertitik tolak dari permasalahan diatas, maka penulis mencoba
membuat suatu aplikasi pencatatan pembelian dan penjualan barang pada koperasi
karyawan PT. Pusri Palembang dengan menggunakan program aplikasi Microsoft Access
2003 sebagai Database Management System ( DBMS) dan bahasa pemrograman Boralnd
C++ Builder 6.0 sebagai Compiler. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam
penginputan data, penyimpanan data pembelian dan penjualan barang secara lebih
terkelompok dan dapat menghasilkan informasi data pencatatan pembelian dan penjualan
barang oleh berbagai pihak terkait pada koperasi karyawan PT. Pusri Palembang.

ABSTRACT
The co-operative was company that was involved in the economy that in an effort
to him gave the service in the form of kept borrowed, and sale efforts that took the form
of staple supplies (sembako), as well as other electronics things. The presence of the
employee’s co-operative PT. Pusri Palembang that moved in various activities of the
efforts unit really played an important role in satisfying the requirement for his members.
The process of the registration of the purchase and the sale of the thing that was used to
the employee’s co-operative PT. Pusri Palembang at this time was still being more
inefficient although using the computer as his aids. Originating from the problem above,
then the writer tried to make a application of the registration of the purchase and the sale
of the thing to the employee’s co-operative PT. Pusri Palembang by using the Microsoft
Access application program 2003 as Database Management System (DBMS) and the
programming language of Borland C++ Builder 6.0 as compiler. This application was
hoped for could facilitate in penginputan the data, the storage of the purchase data and the
sale of the thing in a manner more terkelompok and could produce information of the
purchase and the sale of the thing of the registration data by various sides was related to
employee’s co-operative PT. Pusri Palembang.
