<EXCHANGE STUDENT APPLICATION>
1. Application procedure
Please E-mail all the documents listed below no later than November 30 for Spring Semester and May
30 for Fall Semester
2. Required documents for application
Official nomination letter from your university (can be replaced with E-mail Nomination)
1) Application Form ( Dormitory Application Form, Study plan (English, Chinese,
Notification arrival)
2) A Copy of Passport
3) A Copy of Identification card
4) Official Academic Transcript (English, issued by your school)
5) Certificate of Enrollment (English, issued by your school)
6) 2 Photographs (clear view of face, no hats): 3cmX4cm (passport sized)
7) Letter of Recommendation (From a professor or a coordinator at student’s institution)
3. Estimated time to deliver acceptance letter
One month before the semester starts
4. Suggested level of language proficiency for exchange program
1) Korean Language Courses:
No requirements
2) Korean-instructed Courses: above TOPIK Level 3 or at least junior
3) English-instructed Courses: TOEFL IBT above 90 IELTS test score above 6.0 (students
from non-English-native countries)

3. Preliminary language training classes provided?

a student can take three courses at the most when taking Korean Language Course if there’s
no time clash.
