As a recipient of rice insertion mutant lines, the recipient agrees to the following terms:
1. Priority on mutant lines resides with the original developers (Gynheung An and colleagues). Delivery will be subject
to restrictions by the developer as described below.
2. The delivered mutant lines will be solely used by the recipient for non-commercial research purpose only.
3. Recipient shall not sell, transfer, disclose or otherwise provide access to the mutant materials to any third party.
4. In presentation of the research results using the delivered mutant lines, the recipient shall cite the following papers
and acknowledge the name of the original developer (Gynheung An) as the source of the mutant lines.

5. If any invention or application arises as a result of the research using the delivered mutant(s), the recipient shall
inform the mutant donor in confidence before applying for the patent. The right and title to such an invention or
application shall vest jointly in the recipient Institution and Pohang University of Science and Technology/Kyung
Hee University.
