Dr. Onelia Fajardo - Garcia is a professional consultant with more than 38 years of service with
the Florida Department of Health. She is the President of NetHealth Consultants, LLC. The firm
provides an array of services to physician practices, managed care organizations and other
corporate environments that include the development and implementation of strategies to achieve
business growth and profitability, reorganization and process management assessments,
development strategic business partnerships, compliance audits and corporate leadership and
team building initiatives. She is the founding director of Alliances for a Better Life, a non-profit
organization that advocates for the disadvantaged. Dr Fajardo-Garcia is the Managing Member,
Chief Executive Officer, Miami Dade Medical Research Institute, LLC.

Developed and worked closely with Centers for Disease Control, Quarantine
Station Miami Airport, Krome Detention Center, Florida Department of Law
Enforcement, Police Departments, Port of Miami Authorities, SERT and other
State and Federal Authorities in Emergency Response and Recovery Activities.
Served as Consultant at the local, State and National level in Refugee Health
Issues.
