Thank you for taking the time to fill in this questionnaire. This questionnaire is to investigate what
technology prospective participants use and their experiences. This information will then be used to
help select participants. The contents of this questionnaire are absolutely confidential and no other
participants will be able to see your data. The answers to this questionnaire will go only to the project
